Holly L. Scott, is a Certified Pension Consultant and a Certified Financial Planner. She also is an Enrolled Retirement Plan Agent allowing her to represent clients before the IRS. With more than 25 years of experience, Holly serves as president of the Los Angeles chapter of the National Institute of Pension Administrators, and has co-chaired national and regional conferences for ASPPA and NIPA. Her technical expertise and creative problem-solving skills keep her clients’ plans running smoothly.

Debe Pennington, APA (Accredited Pension Administrator) and APM (Accounts Payable Manager), is a benefit strategist for LNS. For more than 20 years, she has coached business owners on establishing benefit plans that result in significant wealth accumulation. Ms. Pennington’s specialty is translating complicated tax regulations and making them easy to understand. She demonstrates a high level of integrity, passion, and expertise with each of her clients.

David Jockisch, QKA (Qualified 401(k) Administrator) has a passion for helping retirement-focused financial professionals provide business owners with uniquely designed retirement plan solutions. Since 2006, David has achieved a designation of Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) through ASPPA. He is responsible for retirement sales and client support throughout the western United States. As an experienced plan administrator and plan design specialist, David offers a comprehensive support system to both plan sponsors and advisors. Over the years, David has consulted with businesses of all sizes and industries that require a special touch. This experience enables him to be a valuable resource during the design process.
